We are a UK based luxury bed brand. We work with trusted manufacturers to deliver premium divan beds, storage beds, bed frames and mattresses directly to your home.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return is approved and the item collected, refunds are typically processed within 5 - 10 working days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
What is your returns policy?
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used mattresses and bedding cannot be returned unless faulty. Please refer to our full returns policy for complete details.
Can I buy a mattress without a base?
Yes. Mattresses can be purchased separately from our mattress collection in your preferred size and type.
Do your mattresses come with a guarantee?
Yes. All mattresses include a manufacturer's guarantee, typically 1–5 years depending on the model. Full details are on each product page.
What firmness level should I choose?
Firmness is personal. Side sleepers often prefer medium or soft; back sleepers typically suit medium or firm; front sleepers usually benefit from a firmer mattress. Contact us if you'd like a recommendation.
What types of mattresses do you offer?
We offer open coil, pocket sprung, memory foam, and hybrid mattresses (pocket springs with foam or memory foam layers). Full specifications are listed on each product page.
How much weight can the drawers hold?
Standard drawers are designed for bedding and clothing. We recommend no more than 20kg per drawer. Ottoman bases typically support more, refer to individual product specifications.
Which way do Ottoman bases open?
Our Ottoman bases lift from the foot end by default, making them ideal when the sides of the bed are against walls. You can also, get the side lift too. Contact us to confirm the opening direction before ordering.
What storage options are available?
We offer 2-drawer (one each side), 4-drawer (two each side) and Ottoman (full under bed storage accessed by lifting the mattress). Ottoman storage offers the most capacity and is ideal for smaller rooms.
Do your divan bases come with legs?
All of our bases come with metal gliders that can be attached.
Can I choose the fabric colour for my divan base?
Yes. Our divan bases are available in a range of fabric colours and textures, shown on each product page. Contact us if you have a bespoke requirement.
What is the difference between a platform top and a sprung edge base?
A platform top base has a solid, firm surface for consistent support. A sprung edge base has springs running to the very edge, giving a softer, more responsive feel and a larger usable sleeping surface, generally considered the more luxurious option.
What is a divan bed?
A divan bed consists of an upholstered base and a mattress. The base sits on the metal gliders with even support. Divan bases are often available with built in storage drawers.
What if I need to rearrange my delivery date?
We aim to deliver within 48 hours. If you want to reschedule, then please let us know your scheduled delivery and we'll find an alternative slot.

We deliver across mainland Great Britain. Surcharges may apply to remote postcodes. Any orders from Ireland or Northern Ireland are £150 extra.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production or dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery across England, Scotland, and Wales. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland incurs a £150 surcharge. For other areas outside the UK and Ireland, please contact us for a shipping quote.
